Clear, pale, shiny silvery-gold colour. The nose offers freshly-cut lime, orange blossom, apple and hay aromas, with an almost palpable minerality and real smoky depth. Hints of peach/apricot add a suggestion of richness, to a wine of genuine complexity and verve. All of which manifests itself on the palate - it is beautifully fresh and focused in the mouth, with myriad flavours of lime oil, dessert apple, peach and apricot, with a subtle spiciness, all of which is wrapped around a core of intense minerality and intense, laser-like acidity. With a cool, minty finish that goes on for an age, this is once again a wine of real structure and complexity - a very rare find at this price level. An absolute stunner! Biodynamic.
