We will not sell to anyone under the legal drinking age of 18 years and it is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to attempt to place an order. We ask you to confirm that you are at least 18 years of age when you order.

There is no minimum order - you can buy as much or as little as you like - but the more you order, the cheaper the delivery cost. This is because carriage charges for small orders are disproportionately high on a per-bottle basis.

All prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling and are duty-paid and VAT-inclusive, but exclude delivery (unless otherwise stated on certain special offers). All prices are subject to change.

For orders to mainland U.K and Northern Ireland, delivery charges are as follows;

Orders up to £50 - delivery charge is £12
Orders between £50 and £100 - delivery charge is £10
Orders between £100 and £200 - delivery charge is £7.50
Orders over £200 - free delivery!

We will consider accepting orders from customers in Channel Islands, IOM and certain EU countries, but please contact us prior to placing your order, to obtain a quote for delivery.

Your wines will usually be dispatched within 2 working days, and sometimes on the same day the order is placed, provided the goods are in stock. This may not be possible during busy periods or occasional holidays/office closures, although we will keep you informed at all times. You will be sent an email confirming your order has been received, and a further e-mail when your order has been dispatched. Delivery is normally the next working day after dispatch although this is not guaranteed, and during busy periods, or for destinations in the Scottish highlands or not on the U.K mainland it may take longer. Standard UK delivery options are un-timed and may take place at any time between 8 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday. It is not possible to specify a delivery time with these options.  Premium services are available (at extra cost - please contact us) enabling you to specify delivery by a certain time - i.e. before 10 am or before noon - although again it is not possible to specify an exact delivery time.  We advise customers not to select a standard un-timed delivery option if it is important to you that delivery takes place by a certain time - waiting in all day for a courier can be frustrating, and the courier will not normally give any prior indication of likely time of delivery.
