Light, bright straw-gold colour. A complex nose of cantaloupe melon, asparagus, apple, lime, freshly-cut grass and garrigue herbs - and like its predecessor vintage, with some nutty, honeyed notes. The palate again offers spiced citrus and apple flavours, with notes of garrigue herbs and spice, with just a hint of grape tannin. There's also a touch of saline/savoury minerality, which is offset by ample acidity. Another delicious white, which still has several years of evolution ahead of it.
Le Guide de la Revue du Vin de France 2016 - 16.5/20 "Minna 2012 White is beautiful, with a great expression and buttered flavors, of honey and dried flowers." |
