A bright, limpid medium gold colour, with orange glints. The nose offers aromas of peach, orange, apricot and garrigue herbs, with a hint of curry spice. The palate is at the same time fresh and full of youthful vigour, yet quite rich and mouth-filling, gently spicy/herby, and with all of those fruits from the nose coming through in the mouth. The texture is gently oily and the finish is long, spicy and cool/minty. This really is a very fine wine indeed! |
